Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through Tee Time.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Our Products

Tee Time specialises in recovered, pre-owned lake golf balls.

Unless specifically advertised as new, our lake golf balls have previously been used and may display cosmetic signs of previous play.

The grade and expected condition of each product are described on the relevant product page.

Depending on the grade purchased, this may include marks, staining, discolouration, fading, pen markings, scuffs, surface wear and other cosmetic imperfections.

These characteristics do not by themselves constitute a fault where they are consistent with the grade and description provided before purchase.

Product photographs may be representative. Individual recovered golf balls naturally vary, so exact ball numbers, markings and cosmetic appearance may differ from photographs unless specifically stated otherwise.

Orders

When you place an order, you are responsible for ensuring the information provided during checkout is accurate.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order where we cannot fulfil it, stock is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or listing error, or there are reasonable fraud or security concerns.

Prices & Payment

Prices are displayed on our website and applicable delivery charges will be shown during checkout.

Payment must be successfully authorised using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Delivery

Our estimated UK delivery timeframe is generally 2–5 working days.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Returns

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable UK consumer law.

For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return postage as explained in our Return & Refund Policy.

This does not affect statutory rights relating to faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to take reasonable steps to prevent and investigate suspected fraudulent orders, payment disputes and return fraud.

Returned goods may be inspected and compared with the original order before a refund is processed.

Suspected fraudulent activity may be reported to relevant payment providers, delivery companies or appropriate authorities where necessary and lawful.
