Frequently asked questions
What are lake golf balls?
Lake golf balls are genuine branded golf balls that have been previously played, recovered, cleaned and carefully graded based on their cosmetic condition. They offer a more affordable and sustainable alternative to buying new.
What condition will my golf balls be in?
The condition depends on the grade selected. Each product page clearly explains the relevant grading and what you can expect. As these are recycled golf balls, cosmetic marks, discolouration, player markings and signs of previous use may be present.
Will I receive the exact golf balls shown in the photos?
Our product images are representative of the balls you will receive unless stated otherwise. Colours, ball numbers, logos, player markings and cosmetic condition may vary slightly between individual balls.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are normally delivered within 2–5 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by the courier or busy periods.
Can I return my order?
Yes. Eligible purchases can be returned within 14 days in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy. If you're returning an order because you've changed your mind, return postage is your responsibility. Items must be returned in accordance with the conditions set out in our full policy.
